Affiliate Terms and Conditions

These Affiliate Terms and Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern the participation of affiliates ("you", "your", or "Affiliate") in the official VLKNA Ltd. Affiliate Program. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and VLKNA Ltd. ("VLKNA", "we", "us", or "our"). By applying to the program or promoting VLKNA in any capacity, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

This policy supplements the VLKNA General Terms and Conditions and any individual affiliate agreement signed separately.

1. Eligibility and Approval

To be eligible for the VLKNA Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age (or legal age in your jurisdiction)

Own or operate a legal business or digital property

Not reside in a jurisdiction restricted by VLKNA's operating license

Not be an employee, director, or contractor of VLKNA or its subsidiaries

VLKNA reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate any application without obligation to disclose justification

2. Marketing Conduct and Branding

All affiliates are required to:

Use only official, approved creatives provided by VLKNA or receive explicit written permission for custom creatives

Include the required responsible gaming message and age disclaimer ("18+ | Play Responsibly")

Avoid misleading, false, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims about our services

Clearly disclose any sponsorship, paid content, or commercial relationship as required by law

Ensure that content does not promote gambling to minors, self-excluded individuals, or vulnerable audiences

Prohibited practices include:

Spam, unsolicited emails, or aggressive promotional techniques

SEO poisoning or misleading meta tagging

Brand bidding, use of our trademarks in domain names, or impersonation of VLKNA

Claiming that gambling is a solution to financial distress or debt

Direct targeting of territories not supported by VLKNA’s license

Failure to comply may result in immediate program termination and forfeiture of commissions.

3. Commission Structure and Payment

VLKNA offers a tiered commission model based on net gaming revenue (NGR), with exact terms outlined in your affiliate account or separate agreement. VLKNA reserves the right to:

Adjust commission rates based on performance, quality of traffic, fraud risk, or territory

Apply negative carryover, high-roller policies, or payment thresholds depending on deal structure

Payments are made monthly, subject to:

A minimum threshold (e.g., $100)

Valid tax documentation

No outstanding compliance or fraud issues

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment information.

4. KYC and Due Diligence

VLKNA complies with global AML/CTF standards. Affiliates must provide:

Government-issued ID (individuals) or company registration docs (entities)

Proof of address or business location

Tax documentation (where applicable)

Bank or crypto wallet details for commission payouts

Affiliates flagged for sanctions, PEP status, or adverse media may be rejected or terminated.

5. Traffic Quality and Monitoring

VLKNA reserves the right to monitor:

Traffic origin (device, geo, IP, referrer)

Conversion rates and behavioral patterns

Duplicate or recycled traffic

KYC pass/fail ratios

Promotion channels used

If traffic is determined to be fraudulent, incentivized, or non-compliant, all associated commissions may be withheld, and your account may be terminated.

6. Responsible Gambling Compliance

Affiliates must:

Include a visible link to the VLKNA Responsible Gaming page

Avoid glamorizing gambling as income, success, or lifestyle enhancement

Monitor user comments or feedback for signs of RG violations

Affiliates who breach RG principles may be permanently barred.

7. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

You must:

Handle all player data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws

Never store or process personal player data independently

Maintain the confidentiality of all non-public VLKNA business, promotional, or commercial information

8. Termination and Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your participation immediately if you:

Violate any term of this agreement

Generate fraudulent, abusive, or legally non-compliant traffic

Breach your confidentiality or misuse our intellectual property

Termination may result in the forfeiture of unpaid commissions. You are responsible for removing all VLKNA assets upon closure.

9. Updates and Interpretation

These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on our affiliate portal or communicated via email. Continued promotion of VLKNA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

VLKNA retains the right to interpret or enforce these Terms at its sole discretion.
